Power off The Phone Then let's do the Hard Reset Procedure!
Just Press Volume Down and Power On Release both button Until Android Logo shows like this. Next Press Volume Up and Power Button(simultaneously press)3 times or more until Option Shows and select WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET & DELETE ALL USER DATA.

Finally Reboot the System.
